Taking
a look at your Leadership Diamond® is a powerful first
step to expand your leadership. The
self-assessment is intended to help you quickly
capture your perceptions of your Diamond profile so that
you may hone in on opportunities for growth.

What is the Leadership Zone™ and how do I become a member?
The
Leadership Zone is an online community of interest, which
includes
**An interactive self study of how to apply Leadership
Diamond® dynamics;
**A forum with bulletin boards for high quality
leadership dialogue about your leadership self-assessments,
library writings, and your leadership issues;
**A library of selected writings by Peter Koestenbaum
on topics such as anxiety, free will and decisions; and
**A shopping area where members receive discounts
on Diamond-related products such as a videotape set of
Peter Koestenbaum, "The Language of the Leadership Diamond®."
